upgrage joomla 5

Hi,
I did the upgrade from joomla 4 to 5 without any problem... but I would like to know if I have also to upgrade all modules and maybe also the template to the 5th version for the future upgrade of joomla 5?
To create my website I used the  hot_furniturestore4x_hotstart.zip  version and then everything is still in version 4.
I have another question, how can I know that there is an upgrade of any modules. It seems that it's not automatic?

If everything is working fine after upgrade to Joomla 5, you don't need to take any further actions. Some modules and extensions have automatic upgrade notifications, but not all of them. Our extensions doesn't have any potential security issues, so you don't have to worry about upgrades. Therefore the upgrades are not released too often. You can always re-download any extension from our website and re-install it.
