Can i substitute the NewsFlash in that position with a pictures rotator, with a reflection effect on every pics?

Yes, why not? But I don't know any pictures rotator with reflection effect.

This is a nice example of a layer with the products name.
I don't know if it can be applied to the reflection effect...
