virtuemart links as <a href="192.168.1.101 @ admin

I installed Hot Furniture template, including the data provided as part of the install. Every looks fine, however, when I go into the Virtuemart backend to click on anything, the link connects to:
<a href="http://192.168.1.101:8888/demo_furniture_store/administrator/index.php?pshop_mode=admin&amp;page=product.product_category_list&amp;option=com_virtuemart">List Categories

That address is invalid. Please let me know what is going on with this.

VirtueMart will not be fully functional until you edit its configuration file:

a) In plain text editor (such as Notepad) edit file virtuemart.cfg.php (it's located in /administrator/ com_virtuemart)

b) Change lines 34 and 35 and enter your site's link, instead of http://192.168.1.101:8888/demo_furniture_store

C) Save file and upload on server overwriting the old file.
