I can not find the virtue Mart in my admin/component page.I uploaded the furniture template why cant I see it.?

Because you did not use HotStart installation method.

How do I do that using hostmonster it gives me a 404 error

It's easy if you follow above link and if you have needed knowledge of FTP, uploading files and things like that. Otherwise, we have installation service.
