where and which css? was created by wkaatz

i would like to change the font, text size and color of this menu, which is in mod position advert1. can't seem to identify where to do this.

area circled in red in attached image.

OK...but which css do i find this...

style.css
template_css.css
layout.css

i don't see the sections you refer to...
