We don't quite understand what you say , but we assume you think of hot_start.

Whole joomla with template and demo data is in hot_furniturestore_hotstart.zip . You need to copy all files from that zip to your hosting root web folder. After that you need to edit administrator\components\com_virtuemart\virtuemart.cfg.php and replace localhost:8888 with your site link.

Then you can proceed to installation by browsing index.php
