Vista IE7 - Menu displaying in wrong position

Hi, I've done a search through the forums for an answer on this. It looks like a couple of people wrote in about it, but there is no solution provided (at least that I could find).

I got a frustrated call from a client today because the owner of the company has the combination Vista/IE7 and the menu displays in the middle of the page. I had tested it on several browsers On Windows and Mac but not with Vista so I did not catch it.

I really need to get this fixed asap. I've attached screenshots. Please advise. Thanks.

I have been researching across browsers for the last hour and this may be a general problem with IE7. Definitely displaying incorrectly on the following combinations:

IE7/Vista
IE7/XP SP2

Still checking others.

My client is still waiting for an answer. It's been almost 24 hours. Do we have anything we can tell him? Is this going to be fixed? Thanks.

Also noticing that another template I bought from HotJoomlaTemapltes doesn't do well in IE7. That site isn't live yet thankfully, but definitely would like to get some help for these IE7 issues since there are quite a few people still using it unfortunately. Thanks.

Since I still had not heard a word back I went in and created my own custom CSS for IE7. It's not ideal since you may have upgrades later but it fixes it for now. I would much prefer to have your code when you finish updating that since the navigation is part of your template. Please give me an update when you get this resolved. I'm sure it's affecting a lot of other people's sites too (as I mentioned I was seeing issues with another template as well when using IE7).
