Create a User 10 position?

Can I create a User 10 position?
Same size as User 1 and User 2, full-width.
Below User5/6/7/8
Above Footer/Bottom

Please advise.

open index.php of template and just before: <div class="footer_wrap">

insert this:

<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user1" style="xhtml" />
</div>[/strike]

<div class="bottom">
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user10" style="xhtml" />
</div>

then open templeteDetails.xml and chec if there is <position>user10</position>, if no add it.

<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user10" style="xhtml" />
