Modify HOT Carousel to be more like supplied PSD?

Hello again!

I would like to modify the HOT Carousel format to be more like the original .PSD file template supplied with the package.

Here are my requests and a sample image. I'm happy to share my progress with other forum members:

1. In the template, the "dots" for each page are at the top right-hand corner, not the bottom.

2. And, the breadcrumb line is below the dots, above the headline. I would like this to be the same color as the "Read more..." line. And it should be an active link to the pointed folder.

3. I would like to change the "Read more..." line throughout the whole site/template to "READ MORE »", or at least let the JCE Editor preference still override the template settings.
