[Solved] Problem with the formatting of the blocks was created by gyan
I have a site with Joomla 1.5.23 and the template Sportal.
After understanding the problem of Carousel_Pro, now I have another with explorer, not always with other browsers.
The blocks that contain items, in the central part of the homepage, you see evil.

If you meant that content if cut off from some point in your page that's probably same problem as with carousel pro.

Yes, exactly.
However I correct because the problem is only with explorer 9, with the version of IE 8 you can see everything perfectly.
Why?

That is question for Microsoft, especially because of fact that only their browser can not show their own format.
Also if you need that you can force IE work like it's earlier versions by adding this meta tag in hed section of index.php of template:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8">
or
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7">
...

Perfect, you have been exhaustive.
I found the solution, however, trying, trying again and without modifications, the problem was created by the "compatibility view" checked.
Thank you for your kindness.
