Change FB and Twitter links on Footer was created by JohnMcl

Please can you tell me how I can change the Twitter and Facebook links on the bottom left Footer area of Hot Sportal. It is easy enough to do the Social Icons at the top, but I cannot seem to find a way to edit the bottom ones.

Sorry, I do not understand.

It is not the social icons I want to change, these I can do, it is the ones at the bottom of the template on the left in the footer area.
