Firefox browser horizontal scroll bar missing

For some reason, the horizontal scroll bar is missing when browsing with template with Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer (when the browser's width is less than a full screen).

How can I return/enable the horizontal scroll bar with Firefox?

What is your Firefox version? Please give us your link so we could inspect that.

My version is Firefox 8.0.

Anybody else has this problem?

It's disabled in this template by default. You can enable it if you delete line

overflow-x: hidden;

in file /templates/hot_sportal/css/layout.css.
