Problem with page navigation

Hi,
I have got a problem with page navigation, i try to change code in template_css.css, but can't do it:(
www.fctrans.ee/joomla17/ru/
at the end of the page
Now it is right side, i want that it was at center as in demo, who can help me?

In template_css.css you have:

.pagination ul {
margin: 0 0 10px 0 !important;
padding: 0 !important;
float: center;
}

change it to

.pagination ul{
margin: 0 130px!important;
padding: 0!important;
}
