background image size for fixed for mobile deivces

Whats the optimal size of a background image so that it fits on the whole screen when fixed and not scrolling? I have it at scroll now and on my iphone/ipad, the image doesnt stretch the entire webpage horizontally. visit www.maddenfootballleague.com from your mobile device and you will see that the background doesnt stretch across. any help?

So should I make the image bigger? It's already 2056 x 1079 and it feels up my 1080p tv and monitor but comes out shrunk on mobile devices. What would you recommend?

I don't see any problems with background image on my ipad, only prblem I see the last item in top menu wraps down
