I have successfully uploaded the above template using FTP but my hosting suggests that the theme is not showing in the admin page. Therefore I am being advised to upload the proper theme file. Kindly note that I have downloaded the theme from my available products pruchased. If I give my login details to access my hosting company, will it be possible to advise me how to solve the problem which is persisting since last week?
