Changing the logo was created by joa

Where can I find the link to the logo in order to change it to another personal logo and in which folder do I have to store the logo?

This would be path for original logo:

templates/hot_sportal/images/logo_white.png

also in that folder other logo images are placed:

templates/hot_sportal/images/logo_black.png

so just change that image
