Help! I need help!

Sorry, I am a beginner!
How do I get the text left-justified at the Carousel? Right-align the text reads poorly.
How do I get a new category to the "inset"? The settings of the new category is that of the other the same, but it is not displayed.

place this css at bottom of template_css.css:

.carouselarticle p{
text-align: justify;
}

to add new category you need to add ID of that category (you can see it in category manager - last column) to comma separated list of IDs
