help with popup at bottom of page?

milos i dont know if you can help me or not... was wanting to create a popup similar to what is on this website:

... see the bottom of the page " 100 years of pride " and how the page scrolls underneath...

can i create a module position in the index.php that stays fixed at the bottom of the page like that? is that something you could help me out with...

i did add a mod called: mod_popper and placed it at the bottom of the page ( see the graphic under the myspace graphic ) -- per my laptop; but, im sure on your screen it will have moved up due to a different resolution...

the developer couldnt really help me... i know i may be overstepping - if i am no problem...any direction i am all ears...

milos disregard the developer emailed me back late last night with a solution....

... if anyone after taking a look at the site wants the module and solution let me know and i will email it to them...

It's a nice feature. Please post how did you make it. I believe there it would be useful for other users of the Sportal template.
