Responsive view - submenu 2nd level open immediately

it won't be long before my support ends. I would like to thank you very much for the support in building my new homepage! But I have one last wish. Is it possible that with the responsive view the submenu from the main page is opened immediately when called up. So I mean the 2nd level of the "top menu".

Unfortunately, this is not possible without significant changes in the Javascript code of the framework.
