I want to put a module in the position "INSET" as shown in the attachment

Could you please advise

Hello,

In Joomla 3, these module positions are INSET and TOOLBAR.

In Joomla 4, the same module positions are ABOVECONTENT and BELOWCONTENT.

So, you should use ABOVECONTENT module position.
