When I try to change my style in the template and do anything in the extensions / template manager / hot_sportal / Parameters page comes in the error message :¨
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost

You browser said that it can't contact your server. So perhaps, there's a problem with your server. If you are on Windows, for local testing environment I recommend XAMPP.

I tried to update template parameters of HOT Sportal on my local server in Chrome, and that worked fine.

Do you see message that params.ini file is writable in template parameters?
