Top Menu Formatting

Is there a way to organize the Top Menu sub-items? I have a few Top Menu items whose sub-menus either make a second row (and then can't be seen in front of the rotating Joomla Carousal Pro), or run off of the page and out of the window.

Is there a way to either format so the submenu center-aligns or make it not create a second row underneath?
