i buy template but hot carousel pro don't work was created by kerosky

hi,
I bought the template Hot_Sportal to replace an existing site. I first installed the template and then the module CAROUSEL HOT PRO and Hot newsflash. When the active module CAROUSEL HOT PRO site crashes and appears a white screen with my email address.
How can I fix this?

THIS IS THE ROBLEM...WHEN I ACTIVE HOT CAROUSEL PRO THE SITE IS BLOCKED...After I login it shows only your email address!

Can you unlock your site temporary (make it visible to the public) to check if it works then?
