Hot Start

I am trying to use the hot start. We are hosting our site through cloudaccess.net

Is it possible to use hot start with the cloud access interface. If so how.

HotStart can be used with all hosting providers that allows "normal" Joomla installation. By normal, I mean, if you are able to download Joomla package from joomla.org, unpack it, upload and install on server, then you would be able to install out HotStart.

Our HotStart installation is identical to the normal Joomla installation package with modified sample (demo) data.

I was able to download the file and unpack it, but when I tried to upload the hotstart file I got an error that said "No Joomla XML set up file found"
Do you recognize this error at all?

Maybe cloudaccess.net has some feature that is causing that, so best is to ask them.

Again to use hot start you need to copy files from hot_<your template name>_hotstart.zip to root of your site.Then you just go to site link to start installation.
