How to edit "Joomla Sports Template - ...." title was created by Rudnicka

Hey:(
How to edit "Joomla Sports Template - Hot Sportal" title name of the page. I bought the developer license.
- I installed JComments 2.1.0.0 but I can't change them into Polish (can't find) some words appearing on my website. Where can I change them?
-How to edit "read more"?
