Very slow to load

hello, I have loaded this template onto a new site for my clients, new joomla version, everything we normally do, new server with all new up to date systems, all my other joomla websites are very fast. Anyway this template loads very slow, and going to other pages, same issue, clients are not very happy as getting complaints, to long to load, anyway I simply wanted to ask is there anything you can recommend to help this, the template version I have is 1.0, have you updated this template since we purchased it, or what can we do, I have optimized all I can, just looking for suggestions or help....thanks

Yes, it loads slow, but this is not template problem. This is problem with your hosting. Please change it. Check this link: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sportal/

The same template but loads very fast. Otherwise, you should try to optimize your pictures (make it smaller to load faster).

thanks for looking I will look for other eason, I know its not the hosting, this is a brand new server, with every bell and whisle, I have many other even larger joomla websites on it and they are extremely fats, no issues with any of them, but thanks again for looking.....

If you claim server is fast, then most likely some of your elements (images, animations...) are too "heavy" and need time to load. Please check this.
