Hi,

Apparently you Joomla is missing module language .ini file. Copu that file from module source files to joomla's language dir

For carousel PRO that file is (en):language\en-GB\en-GB.mod_hot_joomla_carousel_pro.iniI added default in attachment just in case:

Did you install 1.5 or 1.6 version of module?
