My site is

I want to change
background: url("/templates/hot_sportal/images/bg_1.png") repeat scroll 0 0 #252525;
to
background: url("/templates/hot_sportal/images/bg_1.jpg")
repeat fixed center top #252525;
Where are background-repeat and background-attachment etc properties? I searched in template_css.css and layout.css but i did not find anything.
Please help!!!
