Scroll Bar - Browser Viewing Issue

Did it. Still having Hockey problem.

Now, I noticed that if I go from Home, to Basketball, to Baseball, to Football, etc...the sub menu glitches on EACH time I go to the new menu.

If I'm Home and scroll to "Basketball" the sub menu of Home briefly appears then the "Basketball" sub menu appears. If I go to "Football" the Home sub menu briefly appers then the "Football" menu.

Summary - now Horizontal is still an issue + the "Menu" is glitching.

After further review...

...it looks like scrolling issue is fixed, but the sub menu is now glitching. It's not going back to the "home" menu everytime. It is briefly going to the selected menu. So, if I'm on "Hockey" and scroll over to "Boxing" it will briefly scroll to "Hockey" submenu before going to "Boxing". Can we fix that? Almost there.

I don't see problem from IE 8,9 and chrome? Can you describe more precise your problem.
