IE Top Menu (User 3) display issue

Hi. I seem to have an issue with this template in IE browsers. Every other browsers are working fine. The User 3 menu displays at the wrong place, outside of the template. See attached images. The link to the website is www.lynxrivesud.com . Thanks for your input about this one.

What version of IE you are talking about??

I'm using IE8 but user are using IE7 and 8 reporting this issue. Attached my IE version not working.

I could not recreate your problem even with Expression Web Super Preview it;s displaying normal.????
