Modules Disappear after login

I installed the Sportal template yesterday and have been working from the back end. Today I was finalizing layout and logged in on the front side. Immediately everything below the USER 1 module disappeared. If I click on a link through the top menu those pages (except for the home page) all show correctly.
Thoughts anyone?

Most likely you accidentally changed that in Module Menu Assignment? You probably have selected to show module only on certain pages and den unchecked home.

I wish that were it. Both the login and user menu modules have "all" selected for menu assignment
