Getting te following error message on my Rochen hosted www.WTreF.com site. Any help?

 
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18412015 bytes) in /home/wtrefcom/public_html/libraries/joomla/cache/storage/file.php on line 126
