General questions

As you can see at my previous posts, i have the problem before the image separator insertion. I actually need to margin-top the scrolling text or somehow. Where can i margin-top the scrolling text from css or php?

Ok. I used margin-top: 5px; inside #highlights_scroll and the scrolling area got at the place i want it. But with it, the separator move down too. I tried this with and without the image and still the same result.

How we could bring the separator only a few pixels higher?

easiest is just:
