Hot Lightbox confllict with 2 galleries was created by moches
Hello MIlos,
Sorry to bother you mate, but I was wondering if having 2 galleries on the same artcile in the same page with the hot lightbox modules can create a jquery conflict?
I created 2 hot lightbox modules, each one with diferent images in diferent directories. I then created an article and called those two modules with the {loadmodules position} so I will have 2 diferent galleries in the same article page.
When on the actual site, both galleries look ok, but when clicking on a thumbnail to start the gallery and trying to use the navigation arrows for watching the next image, the gallery only load one image and cannot load anyfurther, I can only watch the thumbnail I clic first, and the next image, but I can not see any more images. But if I click on the image itself everything works fine. It is like the navigation arrows are not working.
I realized that if I dont call the second module (the second hot lightbox gallery) I have no problems, all the gallery and the navigational arrows work perfect. It only happens when I call a second gallery on the same page.
Is there a way to fix this?
I am sorry to bother you with this mate, but I tried everything, tried calling jquery, tried not calling jquery, tried no conflict mode, etc, but it seems like 2 hot lightbox galleries on the same pages do not work.
Best regards from mexico city,
Moches

Hello, yes ofcourse, it will help me a lot.
this is the link, I am giving you the link to one of the pages with 2 lightbox galleris on it, but all pages within the PRODUCTS (PRODUCTOS) section have the same problem.
clientes.mochesestudio.com/edimoviles/in...ductos/oficina-movil
You can see that within the products (PRODUCTOS) section, there are 10 pages, each one has 2 galleries, only the one named DORMITORIOS does not have 2 galleries because I just unpublished one, and that gallery is working perfectly, the problem is that I need to have both galleries on and then it is where the conflict between the 2 galleries starts.
Thanxs for your help, and looking forward to hear from you.

Hello again,
so far, best solution is to try different types of Lightbox. For example, let first have Lightbox mode : with activity indication, and for second put with arrows and activity indication.
I hope that will work and not have big influence on overall design.

Ivan
Thanks for your help and support. Still it is not working, it generates the same conflict.
I belive the conflict is on the arrows to go through one image to the other, because if I clic on the images themselve, the slide continues with no problem.
I am going to need to change this in some way for my client, but its ok, perhaps going modal view with the second gallery and not using hot lightbox extension for that gallery and only for he first one, I dont know, I will have to figure it out someway.
Anyway, thanks for your support and advice.

Well you misunderstand me. You have two modules of hot light box on every of your page.
Try to make them different. One will be of one type, and second of another type. So make upper gallery Lightbox mode : with activity indication, and the lower one WITH ARROWS AND ACTIVITY INDICATION. Put uppercase to notice that it's different
So they don't need to be same type, they need to be different. I fixed this bug on some test site where i put two hot light box.
Regards
