Lightbox controls don't show

I'm using the Hot Light Box in the Sparky Template. I have set it up and it shows on the page and the gallery appears. But, no matter what option I choose on the backend, I don't see any navigation arrows? I don't have the close button etc. I'm not sure what I am missing?

Hello,

well you have multiple jQuery include, so try not to include in your module, or include it in jQuery no conflict mode. You have that option in your module settings.

I just tried that setting to see if it helped. I turned it off (again) and still no difference (see attachement). No navigation arrows or close button on the lightbox...

I get this error on your site (console)

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) jellytriangle.com/hespeler/modules/mod_h...imagelightbox.min.js

Make sure that permissions on all files on your server are 644 and folders 755, especially for Hot Lightbox module.
