Several scroll bars accidentely appears tmplt

I don't really know how to describe this template problem. It happens sometimes, when I open main paige and I scroll down and move mouse over the template, suddenly, several scroll bars apperars in the middle of the template. I tried to adjust the width, but nothing happened. Please, see the picture attached.
Does anybody know what can cause this? Thx

Ok, it is here , it appears when you hoover the mouse over names of the discuss themes.

Ok , I have checked and nothing odd happened. Maybe that is problem only on your computer because of BHO-s you installed (plugins, helpers , filter) because they can try to alter page HTML an cause problem (Skype toolbar for example)

Well I only use google chrome, no toolbars and installed stuff. I've tried on several computers and it is still the same

I also can't see this problem in Google Chrome. What is your browser, version and OS. Also, what screen resolution you're using?
