Change color of fieldset - legend

You will understand my question when you buy one car
1. Choose one artikel and click on "plaats in de winkelwagen"
2. Click on "naar uw winkelwagen"
3. Under the green tekst "REGISTREREN" you will find a line "Betalingsmethode"
This line is white in Firefox, blue in Internet Explorer 8 and black in Internet Explorer 9
I want this line (and it repeats in some further screens) to be white.
