issue with icons on contact form.

Hello all,

I have been using the design now theme on Joomla 1.5 in the past, and had no problems with the Contact Form icons on that version.

I have just migrated the site to the latest Joomla 3.1.5. version, re-downloaded the theme for joomla 3 using my subscription and applied it to the site.

Problem is the contact form displays the default icons on the new site - even when I copied the icon images onto the site. I have tried the following locations when uploading the icons:

/images
/images/M_images
/templates/hot_designnow/images

so I thought that maybe the icons are not being rendered from the settings in components>contact >icons so I changed it to text rather than icons and the default icons disappeared, so they are coming from that location?

So I then tryed to specifically select the icons for each item.. address.. email.. phone etc. But when I do that they appear as "image not found" a image marker but no image shown? If I change it back to Text only, the text appears?

What am I missing.. I have attached the screenshots of the different settings and the outcomes.

for those of you who have the same issue changing the icons in the contact form. I found them located here: /media/system/images

ensure your new icon file names are identical (case sensitive) and rename the originals in that location before you upload your new icons - just to be safe.

I would like to ask though - the layout of the new Joomla 3 contact form does not seem to be easy to have it align left on the page? it appears to stagger the phone, fax, address etc on a new indent on each line? if someone can tell me how to remove that it would be great.. if I find the solution myself I will post it here.

}

I have added that to the bottom of the layout.css, but contact layout is still staggered.
I will leave it on there so you can check it.
