You can try it on jooma default template or some normal template to see that it works, problem is with your template.

Ivan I have already done that, multiple times, set the entire site to the default joomla templates and nothing.

Hot Designation is set in position position-12 and Module Assignment is only on the pages selected = the one above. I sent you the admin long in can you please take a look at it I am convinced that I have tried everything within reason before posting this post.

Maybe .zip you downloaded got corrupted or something like that that is strange, download module again. It defiantly must work in default template.
If still you can't make it operational we can organize something like this, you can pay for 1h of custom job, I will then log to your joomla and make it work, if it turns out that it was our fault like some bug you will be refunded, so if you were missing something when setting it or your template was making problem I will keep the money.
