background fading to white

I found the file on the server, downloaded it to my desktop & tweaked it as you said. Then re-uploaded back to server. Still no change in original problem. Then, I tried the 2nd solution...Still fades to white.

Please advise.

Now it's ok with me but I had to refresh few times so new js load and replace old in browse catche
