Not to worry I will attempt an alternative product from another company I have had more success with their support. Please close this query but note it is not solved by any manner of means!

I have the same problem. The answer seems to be that all the dimensions are specified in pixels and not % thus the module does not resize properly on different screens. Well that's what I think. Otherwise it's a nice module but not responsive as suggested in another thread.

Yes you are right that module is not responsive (at least we haven't made such version)
