Articles display

Hello i would like to use the hot designation module as an articles display i mean

when u click on the top menu it brings u to a page were u see the hot designation module in the article place and it displays them ( i mean like a category blog page but with more style )

I dont need the big picture dispay only the small one..

How do i disable the big picture ( in the parametere u can only change the size not shut it down )
i dont want to change the parameters of the components in FTP i mean because i also use it in normal on the front page

and i would like the module to get the articles (a short piece) with the read more like it already does but it gets them in the article section ( exemple news articles categories) and not in the module captions

so i wont have to write them twice..

It is not designed for that , first of all it does not load article content at all. Look "Hot Joomla Carousel Pro" module, it may be better suited for what you need.

ok i checked it out and it seems just like what i want but to make sure before i purchase it

does it do what i asked ( I attached the picture )

1. show a small picture with articles on the left or right ( or big also ...i can chooses )
2. scrolls up ( vertical also )
3. put how many articles i want to show up at a time
4. can i change the size of the module (width and height)
5. can i choose were to get the articles
6. can i use the module (duplicate) in different sections of my website and use different parameters
in a page i use it to see the latest news in an other to see old news

so if i understand the pro carrousel is just like the designation and normal caroussel module but with more options ?

an other question when i paid for the templates i got the carossel module why wasnt this one in it .. does the pro have a seperate price

You can set article IDs comma separated list or category ID to take article from.
It can show article intro - content before more separator and there you can place thumb and text.
Vertical scroll is supported.
Width/height ... is parameter

Carousel Pro is very configurable slider that can slide articles as well as images. Designation is kind specific and different story because it has items and big image which btw. you don't want.

why are my picture so stretched out ( i want them to be small on the left)
how to change the texte read more to ( lire la suite )
why isnt my other articles showing up when i change the pictures place
why is it so ugly on my website and so nice on yours

Take HTML form demo articles and just change words and image source...
