Ok, I figure it out.

Designation uses the following jquery version 1.4.2. If you dont load it within module, then it picks up jQuery from other modules which is: 1.3.2. and fonresize.js is not compatible with 1.3.2 any you get error for fontResize .

So I uploaded fix for fontResize.js. and your site is now error free.

Can you please share the fix for fontresize.js. I have this issue on my site and have stopped using the module because of it. I would like to try this and see if it fixes my issue.
