Joomla 1.7 upgrade

Hi Guys,
I’ve noticed on some forums that VM2 and J1.7 are now stable enough to use.

I purchased the HOT-eCommerce template sometime back and it’s been running successfully for a couple of months now. That was using J1.5.22 and VM 1.1.7 (which I recently upgraded to 1.1.9)

Do you recommend upgrading to J1.7 yet?

Can I just go from my current 1.5.22 --> 1.7 ?

I can tell you exactly. We are currently upgrading all our templates to VirtueMart 2.0 format. It will be available for download within 2 weeks.
