language problem

First of all thanks for the help of my previus question and i appreciate that!

I have a language translate problem with te tamplate:

in the green cycle the greek language is fine! BUT in the red cycle the "Description" & the "Image Gallery" are in the english language and not to greek language!

Can you help me how to translate the "Description" & the "Image Gallery" in to greek language?

In greek language it must be seem "Περιγραφή" & "Eικόνες"
