Hot eCommerce - Problem with "Add/Edit shipment ad

I have trouble adding or changing user's shipment address, shows the link but does not allow changes. This same behavior also occurs in the demo of Hot eCommerce.

Make sure that you are running the latest version of VirtueMart component. Make sure that all folders of your Joomla are writable: Sites > System Information > Directory Permissions. If it does not help, maybe VirtueMart component has a bug (it's most likely), so you'd need to look for help here: forum.virtuemart.net/

I Not sure that the problem is virtuemart, I installed a fresh version of Joomla (2.5.4) and virtuemart (2.0.6) in the link www.locasdeamorexpo.com.ar/ without the template "Hot and eCommerce" and runs smoothly, on the other hand the version installed from the "hot_ecommerce25_hotstart" , with Joomla (2.5.4) and virtuemart (2.0.6), in the link www.feriasconglamour.com.ar/ does not work.

What may be the problem?

Did you try to install fresh Joomla 2.5 and VirtueMart 2.0.6 and then to install our template using regular template installation method (not HotStart). Does it work in this case?

I did not. You think there may be a difference with HotStart? Because the regularly install is complicate to config.

Did the installation you refer as not working completed normally. Are you sure there is no other reason why site (not template) is not working.
