Hot eCommerce - Problem with "Add/Edit shipment ad

You have that problem because VM user information is absent. You have combined vm and joomla registration. If you use VM then all should go true it's registration if no particular reason, at least user that wants to buy something and if decides to register then he must use VM registration page.

Users should always use:

www.feriasconglamour.com.ar/index.php/my...nt/registration.html

So modify menu items and modules settings to direct them there when they want to register.
