I am getting the following Product Detail Error: :(
Warning: Missing argument 2 for shopFunctionsF::EmailIcon(), called in /templates/hot_ecommerce/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php on line 79 and defined in /components/com_virtuemart/helpers/shopfunctionsf.php on line 480

So I decided to Upgrade eCommerce template (26/5/2012), but then I get the following Error: :S
Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again? Error installing template

Joomla 2.5.4
VirtueMart: 2.0.6

First I assume the latest version of VM caused the initial error?
Second, how am I supposed to upgrade eCommerce without wiping everything out that I have done?

Please download template eCommerce only, and reinstall template. Use standard template installation method (not HotStart) to keep your site's data.

Thanks for your response.
That is exactly what I did. I used Extension Manager: Install and tried to upload hot_ecommerce25.zip (eCommerce only).

On another website all I did was install the template (did not even enable or select it) and immediately try to install again and get the same error.

Am I missing something? Is there some other way to "reinstall"?

Have you re-downloaded it from our site prior to re-installation?

Yes. I have an older version (01/2012) installed and have downloaded the latest version (5/2012) locally.

So, I had to finally do the following:
1) Rename hot_ecommerce template folder to hot_ecommerce_old
2) Install the new version of eCommerce with no problems
3) Reapply my template changes to the new installation (fortunately I had them well documented)

At least this way my DB settings are retained.
Now the Virtuemart issue seems to have been resolved. :)
