Hi!
I have been trying to install the Ecommerce template on my domain www.runnerspoint.co.ke and the upload was sucsessful, however, the web installer for joomla isn't loading to enable me configure the installation. What could be the problem

Check your version of PHP..should be 5.2.4 or higher. I had the same problem. Your host should be able to upgrade PHP on the server.

You copied all files from ...hot_start.zip archive to your web root , right?
