VM_payment paypal not allowing credit card payment

Could anyone help me with VM-paypal. I need the extension for paypal that allows the credit card payment rather creating a paypal account. need to know the file location paypal link located through confirm order button.

?? that is an point of paypal , for customer not to use cc directly , if you want to receive CC payments you need some other payment method like 2co with allows cc and paypal or classical CC merchant system like Authorize.net
